Coach O is a high-energy speaker, educational strategist, and former head coach who partners with schools, districts, and youth programs to strengthen culture, elevate mindset, and re-engage students and staff.
With a background that bridges athletics and education, Coach O understands the real challenges facing today’s schools — disengagement, burnout, inconsistency, and pressure without purpose. His work focuses on helping people reconnect to why they do what they do, while providing practical strategies that translate immediately into classrooms, campuses, and teams.
Coach O’s approach is rooted in authenticity, relationship-building, and accountability. He believes lasting change doesn’t come from hype, but from clarity, connection, and consistent action. Rooted in Family
Everything I do is grounded in family.
I’m blessed to share life with my beautiful wife, my partner in faith, purpose, and service. She keeps me grounded, challenges me to grow, and reminds me daily that leadership starts at home.
I’m also a proud father to my two greatest teachers:
- CJ, my 12-year-old son, who constantly reminds me what confidence looks like when it’s nurtured early
- Cali, my 7-year-old daughter, whose joy, courage, and curiosity inspire everything I believe about the future
When I speak about students, identity, resilience, and belief — I’m not talking in theory. I’m talking as a father who wants schools, systems, and leaders to do right by every child.
