Coach O is a high-energy speaker, educational strategist, and former head coach who partners with schools, districts, and youth programs to strengthen culture, elevate mindset, and re-engage students and staff.
With a background that bridges athletics and education, Coach O understands the real challenges facing today’s schools — disengagement, burnout, inconsistency, and pressure without purpose. His work focuses on helping people reconnect to why they do what they do, while providing practical strategies that translate immediately into classrooms, campuses, and teams.
Coach O’s approach is rooted in authenticity, relationship-building, and accountability. He believes lasting change doesn’t come from hype, but from clarity, connection, and consistent action. Whether working with students, educators, or coaches, his sessions create space for honest reflection, meaningful dialogue, and growth.
Known for his relatable style, humor, and real-world experience, Coach O meets audiences where they are and challenges them to move forward with intention. His goal is simple: help people think differently today so they can lead differently tomorrow.

Everything I do is grounded in family.
I’m blessed to share life with my beautiful wife, my partner in faith, purpose, and service. She keeps me grounded, challenges me to grow, and reminds me daily that leadership starts at home.
I’m also a proud father to my two greatest teachers:
When I speak about students, identity, resilience, and belief — I’m not talking in theory. I’m talking as a father who wants schools, systems, and leaders to do right by every child.

My talks blend:
I create space for laughter, truth, challenge, and growth — all while keeping the audience at the center, not the speaker.
I don’t promise overnight change.
I promise clarity, momentum, and ownership.
Being from Alief, Texas taught me how to navigate diversity, adversity, and opportunity all at once. It’s why I connect so naturally with students from every background — and why educators trust me with their people.
No matter the room, I carry Alief with me:
